Coming to the point, This is a existing issue in a Salesforce. we are using redirect option in chatbot to redirect endchat dialog or use direct endchat option to close the chat connection. If we want to display thank you message before this endchat? We have problem here, some times it will display message and close the connection or sometimes without giving the message it is closing the bot. At the end it is giving “Chat ended from lost connection”.As we discussed it is a existing issue in Salesforce.
